John Gibson: Plame Outer Deserves Medal

It should be noted that in addition to what Gibson says, while Plame was a CIA employee, she was NOT a covert agent, so no law was broken in her "outing." And it's a little hard to "out" someone when the D.C. social circuit already knows they work at the CIA, and they're on a Who's Who list.
