Solution to the Hooker Problem

Georgia Gerkin of Hill City has a pretty good solution for the "Hooker Street" problem in Whitewood.

From today's Rapid City Journal "Letters to the Editor:"

A suggestion to the Whitewood City Council. Why not just call the street Joseph Hooker Street? I think this would satisfy both factions.

I still don't think a change in the street name is necessary, but if some feel that strongly about it, I think this is a great solution.
