Greatest Obama Qualification: Not Being Republican

What is it with Barack Obama's disciples? They hail him as messiah...yet can't name any of his accomplishments.

You might recall that, before Chris Matthews got that tingle up his leg for Obama, he grilled an Obamite on some of Obama's accomplishments...and he couldn't name a single one.

This video shows Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough stumping author and Obamite Jeffrey Sachs on the accomplishments Barack Obama on the national political scene.

Again, we hear the crickets chirping. Or rather, the sputtering of an acolyte caught short on his Obama-doctrine.

Does it matter whether Obama can lead? Nah. All he has to do is not be Republican.

Does it matter if Obama is exceedingly cool with infanticide, i.e. killing infants born alive after failed attempts to abort them? Nah. All he has to do is not be Republican.

Does it matter if Obama was AWOL when Republicans tried to head off the financial crisis in the lending industry? Nah. All he has to do is not be Republican.

Does it matter if Obama has associated for years with a domestic terrorist who bombed the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, and several police stations and court houses? Nah. All he has to do is not be Republican.

Does it matter if Obama has pledged to gut the U.S. military? Nah. All he has to do is not be Republican.

Does it matter if Obama has pledged to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), allow homosexuals to serve openly in the military, facilitate homosexual adoption of children, and push pro-homosexual "hate crime" laws on the American people? Nah. All he has to do is not be Republican.

Does it matter whether Obama takes America's enemies seriously? Nah. All he has to do is not be Republican.

Looks like "not being Republican" is the Obama-qualification most important to his mindless faithful.

Have you been paying attention to this country's current political climate? A majority of Americans place the blame for our problems on the Republican Party and are willing to try out a Democratic majority. There are a lot of people out there looking for "not a Republican."

Though I kind of agree with you that that's not the best reason to vote for Obama. I'm voting for him because I believe with every fiber of my being that he's what America needs to fix the problems your party has caused.

You mean like the problems discussed here and here, right?

Any problems America has, Obama will only make them much worse. And ones we don't have, he'll certainly create.
