Excuse me? Who deregulated mortages and the savings and loan industry? A Republican Congress with the leadership of big McCain advisor Sen Phil Framm. Who wrote the energy policy behind closed doors with the oil companies in 2002? Dick Cheney.
How exactly do Democrats "own" this? Do tell?
